The Queensland Junior Rugby Union Management Committee and Brisbane Junior Rugby Union Competition Committee have the power to cite players, coaches, and/or spectators for behaviour that may bring the game of rugby into disrepute.

All players, parents and spectators should be aware of the codes of conduct and make every effort to comply.
